  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

Lemonade Base:

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar (or to taste)
  • 5 cups cold water

Garnish:

  • 1 cup ice
  • lemon slices and extra berries
  • fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mixed Berry Blend: In a blender, combine the mixed berries and lemon juice. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.
  2. Lemonade Base: Stir in the sugar until fully dissolved. Add the cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. Add ice and stir again.
  3. Serve: Serve in glasses over ice and garnish with lemon slices, extra berries, and mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • You can use frozen berries if fresh aren’t available—just thaw them slightly before blending.
