Chicken Strips:

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a large bowl, toss the chicken strips with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated. Optionally, dredge each strip in flour for a light crust.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken strips in batches for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges, dipping sauce, or over rice or salad.
Notes
- Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 10–12 minutes for a lighter version.
