- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
For the garlic butter mixture:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the garlic butter mixture: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Assemble the rollups: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Brush each triangle with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over each triangle. Roll up each triangle and place on the baking sheet.
