  • 2 cups beef broth (low sodium)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Ground Beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef in olive oil until browned. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Stir in rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add peas, carrots, and 1 cup of cheese.
