Mashed Potato Puffs:
- 2 cups cold mashed potatoes
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
