Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add Eggs and Vanilla: Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
  6. Form Cookie Dough: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and place on prepared baking sheets.
  7. Bake: Press each ball down with a fork, bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
