- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Additional:
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, sear the chicken breasts in olive oil until lightly browned. Set aside.
