1/2 cup
Heavy Cream:

Smoked Paprika:
1 teaspoon

Black Pepper:
1/4 teaspoon
Cooked Lobster Meat:
12 oz (chopped)
Lemon Juice:
juice of 1/2 lemon
Fresh Parsley:
2 tablespoons (chopped)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, cook pasta al dente, reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Sauté garlic and shallot until fragrant.
- Add Flavor: Stir in red pepper flakes, add white wine, reduce, then add tomato paste, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Make the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, simmer until thickened. Add Parmesan cheese, stir until smooth.
- Finish the Dish: Add lobster, lemon juice, heat through. Toss in pasta, adding reserved water to adjust sauce consistency. Garnish with parsley.
