Dry White Wine:

1/2 cup

Heavy Cream:

1 cup

Grated Parmesan Cheese:

1/2 cup

Tomato Paste:

1 tablespoon

Smoked Paprika:

1 teaspoon

Salt:

1/2 teaspoon

Black Pepper:

1/4 teaspoon

Cooked Lobster Meat:

12 oz (chopped)

Lemon Juice:

juice of 1/2 lemon

Fresh Parsley:

2 tablespoons (chopped)


Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, cook pasta al dente, reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Sauté garlic and shallot until fragrant.
  3. Add Flavor: Stir in red pepper flakes, add white wine, reduce, then add tomato paste, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Make the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, simmer until thickened. Add Parmesan cheese, stir until smooth.
  5. Finish the Dish: Add lobster, lemon juice, heat through. Toss in pasta, adding reserved water to adjust sauce consistency. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • For extra richness, substitute part of the cream with mascarpone cheese.
  • Shrimp or crab meat can be used as alternatives to lobster.
