- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
Pepperoni and Cheese:
- 32 slices of pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Seasonings and Others:
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch round. Place 4 slices of pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese on each biscuit.
- Shape the Bombs: Fold the edges of the biscuit around the filling, pinch to seal, and form a ball. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Season and Bake: Mix melted butter with seasonings, brush over the dough balls, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
