Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Heat Until Juicy: Stir occasionally until the mixture begins to bubble and the strawberries release their juices, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Simmer and Thicken: Reduce the heat and simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes, gently mashing some of the berries with the back of a spoon to achieve a thicker texture.
