- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 (1-ounce) packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare Ground Beef Mixture: Heat olive oil in a large pot, sauté onion, and garlic. Add ground beef, cook until browned, and drain excess grease.
- Combine Ingredients: Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomatoes with green chilies, taco seasoning, and beef broth. Stir well.
- Simmer: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes to blend flavors.
