Instructions
- Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or lightly spray it with nonstick spray. Insert lollipop sticks onto the sheet, spaced evenly apart.
- Cook Sugar Mixture: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Stir until sugar dissolves, then let it boil until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Add Flavor and Fizz: Remove from heat, stir in Kool-Aid powder and baking soda. The mixture will foam slightly.
- Form Lollipops: Carefully pour hot syrup over lollipop sticks to form round shapes. Allow to cool and harden at room temperature.
- Enjoy: Once set, remove lollipops from the sheet and store in an airtight container.
