Ingredients
Scale
Crust
- 1 10-inch graham cracker crust
Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup frozen strawberry daiquiri mix, thawed (e.g., Bacardi Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Mix)
- 16 oz whipped topping, thawed and divided
Instructions
- Whip Cream Cheese: In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Add Daiquiri Mix: Pour in the thawed frozen strawberry daiquiri mix and continue to blend until the mixture is well combined and uniform in color.
- Incorporate Whipped Topping: Add half of the thawed whipped topping to the bowl and beat the mixture again until the whipped topping is fully incorporated, creating a light and fluffy filling.
- Fill Pie Shell: Pour the prepared filling into the 10-inch graham cracker crust. There may be some leftover filling mixture after filling the crust.
- Freeze the Pie: Place the pie in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or up to overnight to set properly.
- Add Topping and Serve: Before serving, pipe or spread the remaining thawed whipped topping decoratively over the top of the frozen pie for an attractive presentation and extra creaminess.
Notes
- For best results, ensure the strawberry daiquiri mix is fully thawed before mixing.
- This pie must be kept frozen until serving; allow to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before slicing for easier cutting.
- You can substitute store-bought graham cracker crust or make your own if preferred.
- For a non-alcoholic version, use a non-alcoholic strawberry daiquiri mix or strawberry puree with lime juice and sweetener.
- Leftover pie can be stored in the freezer for up to one week.
