Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear chicken breasts until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
- Make the Sauce: Cook garlic in the skillet, add tomato paste, red pepper flakes, cherry tomatoes, and broth. Simmer until thickened, then stir in butter until melted.
