Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 4 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Additional:
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Ranch or chipotle sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
- Wrap: Lay out an egg roll wrapper, place 2 tablespoons of filling near the bottom, fold in the sides, and roll tightly, sealing with water.
- Fry: Heat oil to 350°F, fry egg rolls in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with ranch or chipotle sauce for dipping.
Notes
- To increase spiciness, leave some jalapeño seeds or add cayenne.
