Description

Indulge in the succulent flavors of this Maple Glazed Turkey Breast, a delightful main course that’s perfect for holiday celebrations. The sweet and savory maple glaze enhances the juicy turkey, making it a standout dish at any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale

Turkey:

  • 1 (3 to 4 lb) boneless turkey breast, skin-on

Maple Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Glaze the Turkey: Place the turkey breast on a rack in a roasting pan, skin side up. Brush half of the maple glaze over the turkey.
  4. Roast the Turkey: Roast uncovered for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Brush with more glaze halfway through cooking. Tent with foil if skin browns too quickly.
  5. Rest and Serve: Let the turkey rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with remaining glaze before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • Perfect for smaller holiday gatherings.
  • Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
  • Leftovers make excellent sandwiches or grain bowls.
  • Use a bone-in breast for even more flavor, adjusting cook time accordingly.
