Beef Stir-Fry:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the Beef: Heat sesame oil in a skillet, add ground beef, and cook until browned. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Make the Sauce: Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Thicken the Sauce: If desired, add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
