Ingredients
For the crust:

For the filling:
3 large eggs, 1 cup light corn syrup, 1 cup packed light brown sugar, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted), 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions
- To make the crust: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press the mixture into the prepared pan and bake until lightly golden.
- To make the filling: Whisk together the eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Stir in the chopped pecans. Pour over the crust and bake until set.
- Allow to cool, then cut into bars.
