Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a small saucepan, combine molasses, honey, and butter. Heat until smooth. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, then add molasses mixture and egg. Chill dough.
- Bake the Cookies: Preheat oven, roll dough into balls, bake for 12–14 minutes. Cool slightly, then coat with powdered sugar.
