3 cloves garlic, minced;
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley;
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint;
1 teaspoon ground cumin;
1 teaspoon paprika;
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice;
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste);
1/2 teaspoon salt;
1/4 teaspoon black pepper;
1 tablespoon olive oil;
For Serving:
tahini sauce;
tzatziki sauce;
pita bread and fresh vegetables (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the Kefta: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion, garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, paprika, allspice, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Shape into patties.
- Cook the Kefta: Cook patties in olive oil until browned and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Serve: Rest briefly, then serve warm with tahini and tzatziki. Optional: Serve in pita with veggies.
