Instructions
- Prepare Chocolate Pudding: Pour 2 cups of milk into a medium bowl, add the chocolate pudding mix, and use a hand mixer to beat on low for 2 minutes. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to allow the pudding to set.
- Prepare Green Vanilla Pudding: In a separate bowl, pour 2 cups of heavy cream and add the vanilla pudding mix. Beat on low speed initially, then increase to medium-high speed until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla or mint extract and add green food coloring until reaching your desired shade.
- Assemble Parfaits: Begin by placing a thick layer of chocolate pudding into each of 4 serving cups. Add a layer of the green whipped vanilla pudding next. Then sprinkle a layer of crumbled Oreo cookies, followed by a layer of whipped topping. Finish each cup with a large dollop of green whipped pudding on top.
