Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Noodles: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on a lightly oiled surface to prevent sticking.
  2. Cook Meat Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and diced onion, cooking until the meat is browned and the onion softens. Stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper, cooking for an additional minute. Remove from heat.
  3. Mix Cheese Filling: In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, grated Parmesan, and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella. Mix well until smooth.
