Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
- Melt Ingredients: In a saucepan, melt white chocolate chips and condensed milk over low heat. Stir until smooth.
- Add Flavor: Remove from heat, add vanilla, most of the pecans, and swirl in caramel sauce. Pour into pan.
- Finish: Drizzle extra caramel, top with remaining pecans and sea salt. Chill for 3 hours, then cut into squares.
